WHAT TO EXPECT

This event gives kids a realistic – yet accessible – construction experience. Kids will have the opportunity to build, climb, slide, run, and jump. They will likely get a little dirty. That’s the fun part!

• The QR Code you received must be shown at registration to be admitted. Those without the code will not be admitted. Walk-ins are not permitted.

• Each child registered will receive real construction hard hats, safety goggles, and a swag bag – all provided by Branch and our outstanding partners and sponsors.

• We will host the event rain or shine! Please dress for the weather of the day.

• Lunch is free for all child participants, but you’re welcome to bring in outside food. Lunch tickets for one of the food trucks will be sold at the event for $15. No cash or credit cards will be accepted at the individual food trucks.

• Annual commemorative t-shirts will be sold again this year, thanks to our leading sponsor, Trane. Cash and card will be accepted.

PARKING

• Parking will be at Northside High and Middle Schools. Roanoke County School buses will shuttle families to and from the event. We understand this may be an inconvenience for some, but this allows us to admit more children to the event. There will be signs and people directing traffic.
